The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

*Cancellation/Change Policy: Full refund minus 10% cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days or more before scheduled arrivals. Less than 60 days prior to arrival, no refund unless unit is re-booked. 

* A $40 cleaning fee will be charged for stays less than the posted minimum or if the unit is not left in a normal condition: dishes are washed, garbage is removed from unit, kitchen is clean and the unit has no damage other than normal wear and tear.  Please respect our property as if it were your own.  mahalo, Rob & Patty

Directions from the airport to 80 E. Welakahao Road:
Follow signs to go south to Kihei. At the first Kihei traffic light, turn left onto Hwy 31 and follow signs that say, "To Wailea/Makena". A little after 3 1/2 miles on 31, you'll pass the Lipoa traffic light, and the golf course will be on your left. Continue along 31- we are the next exit on the right, just after the small green Mile Marker 7, marked by a large yellow, diamond shaped sign that says, "Welakahao Road". Exit to the right here, and we'll be on the left side of the street, down a bit. We have a peachy-pink 2 story house with a high rock wall and wood gate. There is an "80" on our mailbox, our rock wall, and the front of our house.  If we are not at home or if you arrive late, we will leave a note next to the front door for you, directing you to your room and explaining where to park.

Parking: We have room for compact cars and jeeps.  Check the link below to a local rental company that we recommend.
